How The E-Gift Works

You decide to make a cash donation to the Cathedral Square Homeless Program on behalf of someone else. For example, it is Cruz' birthday and he doesn't need anything so you make a donation to the Cathedral Square Homeless program in his name.  We send a personalized message to Cruz saying you made a donation on his behalf.

Donations are used to provide shelter and mentoring for a homeless person; food and toiletries; clothing; and transportation to go to job interviews and other appointments. When you provide an E-Gift we ask you to fill out a few forms. Your gift is not only a donation in someone else’s name to help the homeless, but is also tax deductible for you! The Cathedral Square Homeless Program is administered by Saint Vincent de Paul so there are no administrative costs to running the program.  All donations are spent on helping the homeless.
